1.      Browse our website: www.legendaryfashion.com , visit to the product sections of your interest, pick up the code numbers of the items that you would like to order with us.

2.      Make the order list mentioning the code numbers, sizes, colors, quantities and the other specific remarks if any that you intend to the related product items.

3.      Send your order list to our email account: crafts@legendaryfashion.com

4.      In reference to your order list, we will prepare a pro-forma invoice including the freight forwarding charge based on the mode of delivery service that you want with us and send you back for your final confirmation.

5.      When we receive your final confirmation of the order, we would like you to transfer at least 50% or total product cost in advance to our bank account before we proceed your order list to our production site.

6.      We need about 7 days to produce your order if they are in less quantity for sampling. If your order is in volume, we require the time ranging from 2 weeks to 3 weeks.

7.      Once the products are manufactured and the task of finishing and packing is accomplished, then we prepare the following documentation work from the company and authorized sectors of Nepal’s government for the customs purpose.

·          Invoice based on the customs purpose.

·          Packing lists.

·          Master Airway Bill (MAB) procured by the cargo airline.

·          Certificate of the product origin from Nepal chamber of commerce.

·          GSP/Form A

·          Letter of Declaration where necessary.

8.      Once the documentation work is finished, we dispatch this original paper work attached either with your shipment or sent separately by a courier express service.

9.      For your pre information, we can send the scanned copies of those customs papers to you by email as well.

10.  Even after we dispatch your shipment, we will continue to follow up the delivery progress and keep supplying every successive report until the shipping packages are cosigned to your hand.
